Essential information for inflatable rentals: bouncy fun for every occasion

Renting from us is straightforward. You can browse our selection online, choose your favorite inflatable or supply, and book directly through our website or over the phone. We'll ask for the date of your event, the duration of the rental, and the location for setup. Payment is typically required upfront. We handle the delivery, setup, and takedown of the inflatable to ensure it’s properly installed and safe for use. We recommend booking at least a few weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons, to ensure the availability of your chosen inflatable.

Power - we provide up to 100' of extension cords for use. If that is not enough for your setup, we have generators available to rent
Water - if your inflatable calls for water, we provide up to 100' of 5/8" water hose for use, if that is not enough, we have additional water hose available to rent
Safety - each inflatable is equipped with a Watchdog siren and is inspected prior to each use. We leave a basic fire suppression kit with each rental that includes a blower. Any inflatable rental will have waivers to sign for liability purposes.
Secure tie downs - each inflatable is secured to the ground by 24" stakes and/or sand bags.
Cleanliness - each inflatable is cleaned before and after each use

Customer must provide a safe, clean, and accessible setup area. The area must be flat, clear of debris, animal waste, sharp objects, rocks, sticks, low branches, sprinkler heads, and other hazards. Customer is responsible for identifying underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic areas, or other hidden hazards before setup. If the setup area is unsafe, inaccessible, unsanitary, or unsuitable, North Star Party Co. may refuse setup and the rental may be subject to cancellation fees. -
Safety is our top priority. We ensure that all our inflatables meet safety standards and are regularly inspected and cleaned. Upon delivery, our trained staff will set up the inflatable and provide you with detailed safety instructions. It is important to supervise all children using the inflatable at all times and adhere to the specific guidelines, such as weight limits and the number of users allowed at one time. We also recommend setting up the inflatable on a flat, open area away from any hazards like trees, fences, or power lines. In case of bad weather, particularly high winds or lightning, use of the inflatables should be discontinued immediately.

Inflatables may not be used during unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, lightning, heavy rain, severe storms, or other conditions determined unsafe by North Star Party Co. North Star Party Co. may cancel, delay, reschedule, or pick up equipment early due to weather or safety concerns. Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling requests will be communicated on a case by case basis. -
Cancellations must be requested as early as possible. Cancellations made close to the event date will result in forfeiture of payment. Weather-related rescheduling will be discussed on a case by case basis. North Star Party Co. may cancel or reschedule rentals due to unsafe weather, equipment issues, unsafe setup conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
